Hi, I’m Tara McKenzie.
I feel fortunate to do what I love, helping members of the community with their insurance needs.
I joined MutualONE in 1997 as a member of the underwriting team after obtaining my broker’s license at Fanshawe College. As an underwriter, I received my FCIP (the Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Professionals) and my CRM (Certified Risk Management Certificate) from the University of Western Ontario. My experience as an underwriter helps me advise clients on all lines of insurance.
I was born and raised in Ilderton, and I am proud to be an active volunteer serving clients in my community. I’ve organized the Ilderton Terry Fox Run for several years, volunteered as a Big Sister, and volunteered at the Crest Centre and the Oxbow Public School. I’m an alum on the board of directors for the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of the Insurance Institute.
I live in Denfield with my husband, Cam, and two sons.
