Hi, I’m Fran Dow.
I feel so lucky to be a part of this community and MutualONE. I’m upbeat, optimistic and highly committed with lifelong exposure to the insurance industry. I joined the team when we were in Arva, ON, with only four employees. I came on board to help with data entry and then progressed onto the underwriting team. I obtained my agent license and became a full-time agent in 1997.
I’m the proud owner of a therapy dog, Willow. My dog and I regularly visit the Ronald McDonald House, Fanshawe College, Western University, various high schools and a series of retirement residences, helping to provide stress release and companionship for people more isolated in our community. I won the Efficiency Award (Volunteer of the Year) in 2017 with St. John’s Ambulance for my ongoing work with the organization.
